We accept Returns/Refunds on all products that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your kendama before starting to use it. Kendamas must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must still be brand new. We do not send replacement products and you will only get refunded when we receive the product back and confirm that it is still new.
The only kendamas that are eligible to be returned are -
1. Kendamas that come chipped or broken
2. Kendamas that are not the product that you ordered
Kendamas that are not eligible to be returned -
1. Dented kendamas
2. Kendamas with an uneven stripe
3. Kendamas with a broken string
4.Kendamas with Chipped paint
5. Any other kendamas that do not meet our eligibility requirements
We design our kendamas to be very durable but chipping, and denting will naturally occur with use. To prevent your kendama from getting beat up quickly play soft and do not to drop your kendama over hard surfaces. Kendamas that you believe got beat up quickly are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
